I was born in 1993 in Bergamo (BG), a city in Lombardy in central Northern Italy.

I'm married with Laura since September 2021 and we live in the countryside with our three cats Ragù, Fusillo and Luna and our dog Axel.

I'm a very big fan of Marvel's Avengers, The Lord of the Ring, Star Wars saga, The Office and Boris. My mentors definitely include Master Yoda, Gandalf and Renè Ferretti!

Since January 2022, I'm Junior Assistant Professor (RTDA) of Economic Statistics at the Department of Economics, Management and Statistics of the University of Milano Bicocca, Italy. Moreover, since February 2022 I'm Associate Researcher at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) in Milan, Italy.

In 2021 I was post-doctoral Research Fellow in Environmental Statistics at the Department of Economics of the University of Bergamo, Italy.

My research activities and interests focus on environmental, energy and socio-economic statistics and econometrics. In particular, I'm interested in temporal, spatio-temporal and geostatistical modelling of air quality and pollution, analysis of policy/event interventions for environmental protection and macroeconometrics applied to environment, energy and electricity markets and economic issues.

During and after the Ph.D. I had the opportunity to visit several international institute as visiting researcher:

• Harvard University (Cambridge, USA) in Fall 2022

• Leibniz University of Hannover (Germany) in Summer 2021 and Summer 2022

• Universidade de Aveiro (Portugal) in Summer 2017 and Winter 2019

Moreover, I participated as student to several summer schools, including the Green Energy Management (GEM) program at the Eurasian National University in Astana (Kazakhstan)
